Who can invest through Brickowner?

Brickowner property investments are only available to investors who are permitted to invest in unlisted securities by law and who can demonstrate an understanding of the basic risks of investment.

This means investment is restricted to the following type of investor in the UK:

Certified High Net Worth Individuals

This includes individuals who have an annual income of £100,000 or more or net assets of £250,000 or more and have made a declaration acknowledging the consequences of making investments based on financial promotions that have not been approved by an FCA-authorised firm.

Self-certified Sophisticated Investors 

This includes individuals who have prior relevant investment experience and have made a declaration acknowledging the consequences of making investments based on financial promotions that have not been approved by an FCA-authorised firm.

High Net Worth Bodies

This includes companies and partnerships with at least £5 million net assets and trusts with assets of £10 million.

Investment Professionals 

Including corporate investors and SIPP or SSAS professional service providers.
