How do I exit my investment?

At the end of the investment term, investors will be exited and they will realise any capital profit or loss of that investment (see Key Risks).

Each investment will have a defined projected investment term. The investment term is shown on the investment details at the time the property investment is funded on the investment platform. This date will generally be governed by the specific manager tasked with managing that property.

There is no recognised market for trading all investments made through the Brickowner platform, so it may not be possible to exit prior to the end of the term.

Please note that the term length is also not guaranteed as it often relies on the sale of a property or a third party to provide an exit.
