Investors will receive a pro-rata share of any income in proportion to the ownership of the relevant investment. Income can be earned from rent or interest paid into the underlying investment property. Investors will receive any income due into their Brickowner wallet.
Any dividend or income paid to the property investors is calculated by deducting any relevant costs of the property investment and Brickowner from the gross. When dividends or income are due, they will be paid on the 9th of the month, where possible.
The value of each investment will also proportionally change with any change in the value of the underlying property this will be realised when the investment is redeemed.
Investors are unable to receive the benefit of capital growth by exiting through our secondary market.
