What are Brickowner’s fees?

Fees are outlined within the property term sheet for each specific investment. This applies to all investments launched on the platform since December 2018. Typically Brickowner charges three fees:

  1. An administration fee on investment into a given project, typically this is between 3-5%.
  2. An ongoing management fee of 1%
  3. An exit fee specific to the property investment.

For an accurate fee summary investors should refer to the relevant investment memorandum. Fees are subject to change during the life-cycle of an investment.
