Investors can sell as many of their Brickowner shares or units as they wish on the secondary market. There is no limit.
Brickowners’ Secondary Market works in a queuing system. If shares or units from a property investment are already available on the secondary market, the newly listed shares or units will sit behind them.
Investors can sell all their shares or units. If they hold onto some, the minimum holding in any one investment is £500. It should be noted that posting an investment on the secondary market does not guarantee a sale.
Please remember that although an investment may have been performing well to date, investors can still lose some or all of their money due to the nature of these investments.
