How to redeem a Brickowner property investment

Once a property investment has been completed, any returns will be transferred to the investor’s Brickowner account. Investors can then either re-invest through the platform into a new investment or the secondary market, or withdraw the monies into their bank account. Investors can access these funds by logging in and viewing their dashboard where the above mentioned actions are available.

The projected investment terms on the Brickowner property investment platform vary between one and five years. At the end of the investment term, investors will be notified and the investment will redeem.

Please note that property investment returns are not guaranteed, and your capital and any returns are at risk. Due to the nature of dealing with property, the term can also vary to that described at the outset of an investment.
