What are Brickowner’s Secondary Market fees?

On Brickowner’s secondary market, sellers pay a 2% transaction fee. There is no transaction fee for buyers.

Buyers are, however, required by HMRC to pay stamp duty at 0.5%, which will be deducted at the point of transaction. Both the seller and the buyer will be shown a summary providing them with the total value of the transaction including all fees and charges.  This will be presented before committing to the transaction.
