Selling shares or units on the Brickowner Secondary Market

To sell shares or units on the Brickowner Secondary Market, investors should go to their dashboard to view their property investments.

They should select “sell” for the chosen investment and choose the amount to be sold.

Shares or units will then be advertised for sale on the secondary market. If another user buys the investment, the seller will be notified. After processing, the funds will be paid into their Brickowner wallet.

Sellers of any shares or units transacted on the secondary market keep any income already received from the investment at the point of sale. Sellers will not receive any capital growth or further income after the sale. Further returns due from the moment the shares are sold are earned by the new owner.

Please note that listing an investment does not mean that they will be sold as this is dependent on there being a willing buyer.
