How the Brickowner Secondary Market works

We created the Brickowner secondary market after listening to our investors’ feedback. The purpose of the market is to address the lack of liquidity in our property investments. Through the secondary market, investors can access closed investments and add to their position in an investment they already hold.

Investors can sell some or all of an investment they already own. They also have the option to buy shares or units of investments being offered for sale. This gives Brickowner investors a way to access their invested funds before the end of that investment term.

Posting an investment on the secondary market does not guarantee a sale.
