Buying property investments on the Brickowner Secondary Market

Brickowner’s secondary market is accessed through the secondary market page. Investors select an investment they wish to buy and choose the amount from the total available.

They can only invest on the secondary market using funds from their Brickowner wallet. If they wish to transfer funds through their bank, they will need to fund their wallet with the amount to be invested. No purchase can be made if fund are not available in the wallet.

Once bought, the shares will be visible in their dashboard under “My investments”. Investors will then receive all future income and any capital growth or loss from the shares they have bought, which is of course dependent on the performance of the asset.

These investments are risky and investors could lose some or all of the money they invest.
